TOP 1:

苦瓜剖开去籽切成薄片、莲藕去皮切成薄片、莴笋去皮洗净切成薄片、木耳用水泡发后切成细丝,用水焯熟捞出,浸入冰水中片刻捞出沥干;

将苦瓜、藕片、木耳丝放入盘中,放入海底捞清油麻辣烫火锅底料、酱油、醋、糖拌匀。
