馄饨皮 300g 猪肉馅 200g
青菜 200g 海米 15g
上汤三鲜火锅底料 1包 立即购买
酱油 1汤匙 料酒 1茶匙 油 1汤匙 姜末5克 葱末10克 盐少许

TOP 1:

提前将海米洗净后用温水浸泡2小时,然后捞出剁碎待用。将青菜摘取老根洗净晾干,放入沸水中烫熟,捞出沥干水分。

TOP 2:

将焯烫好的青菜用手挤干水分,切成细末待用。

TOP 3:

将海米碎、酱油、料酒、油、糖、五香粉、姜末、葱末放入肉馅中拌匀,朝一个方向搅拌直到肉馅上劲,再加入青菜碎和香油搅拌均匀,做成馄饨的肉馅。

TOP 4:

取一张馄饨皮放在手心,在馄饨皮中央放入适量的馅料。

TOP 5:

从馄饨皮的一角开始向对角卷,卷至馄饨皮的2/3处。

TOP 6:

将馄饨皮下部的两个对角对在一起,抹上一些水,黏合起来,这是馄饨的一种包法,也可以如此法横向地包。
